I made the transfer to ace 3 months ago from my last physician for 7 years. The difference is night n day. This place by far is the best drs office I have ever attended. Their receptionist is awesome. Dr. Nichols is incredible. She is really sharp, truly talented and genuinely concerned. Often in the medical field I see drs burnt out, especially the older ones, and not always present or concerned with the full scope of their patients health. Dr Nichols makes you feel valued, important, and cared for. I consider myself extremely lucky. The other asset that really sets them apart is Shawn. No drs office I’ve ever been to has given me the access and response time that Shawn has given me at ace. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows with how he does his job qnd has helped me in qbout 3 different issues. I love my drs office, and I’m truly blessed. I’ve got an awesome front desk, a good friend to assist me in m.a.t, and a talsnted and qualified Dr. on my side. 225 people die In the u.s. every day from my past d.o.c in america. I have been blessed to avoid becoming another statistic. So it is nice coming into a drs. Office where I am NOT viewed as ONE.

Visiting Ace Medical in Jacksonville was a great experience! I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of by a medical team before. The provider, Skye Nicholls PA, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Lauren and Sarith, the Medical Assistants, were both friendly and professional during the entire visit. They made sure to explain all procedures step-by-step and provide me with any additional information I needed. As an added bonus they took extra time to answer my follow-up questions which really put me at ease. My wait time was only a few mins! Overall, it was a great visit and I would definitely recommend Ace Medical in Jacksonville to anyone looking for quality healthcare services!

Shawn Bailey is the best thing to happen to Ace medical two far! He started weekly MAT Zoom meetings. He’s super nice and extremely helpful. You can tell he actually cares about his job and takes it above and beyond. Dr. Camcho, Dr. Toler, & Dr. Sky are amazing. (Haven’t really met the other Dr.‘s) They also started a new outpatient program that’s optional for people who need the help. It isn’t like IOP either. They just have so many helpful resources and since Shawn started working I can really see a shift in how they operate. Not only are they trying to help people but they’re now offering multiple service for people who need that help. Not to mention becoming more understanding with the payments. At one point I had trouble paying for the monthly visits. But, Shawn helped me out and worked with me. Helped me get referrals to change my PCP and everything else over to Ace so they could accept my insurance. They also let you make payments if you’re having trouble paying and they don’t take your insurance! I’ve been going to Ace for a little over two years. The front office staff is also really nice and helpful as well. Especially the ones that have been there the longest. This Doctor’s office offers a lot of different types of treatment. It’s nice being able to go to one doctor for everything. I would recommend Ace to anyone. I’m posting off my husband’s account. My name is Summer Fabry. I’ve been a patient at Ace medical for several years now for recovery medication and counseling. My entire life has been rebuilt with the help of my doctors and staff. There has never been a negative experience I feel cared for physically and mentally. Even when my finances have been a challenge because I pay out of pocket they not only work with me but have gone over and beyond to help me figure out a way to make it easier financially. As cliche as it may sound I had never thought possible the second chance I have gained at life, for myself, my children, my family and friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If anyone is looking for a new beginning for yourself or a loved one. There is hope. My hope started here almost four years ago.

Great doctors office. They are able to squeeze me in when needed. I have been with Ace Medical since Long before Dr. Diana Cordero left. (AMAZING DOCTOR with a huge heart. Joseph and Bebe are a great help! And great people in general. Same goes for all of the staff. Helpful, understanding and Is supportive. 5/5. Thank you for always being there for me!
